A company needs to create a standardized environment that contains role assignments, policies, and ARM templates. Which Azure service should they use?

Azure Blueprints allows you to define a repeatable set of Azure resources, policies, and role assignments that implement standards and compliance requirements. It acts as a declarative way to orchestrate the deployment of various resource templates and other artifacts. Azure Security Center (now Microsoft Defender for Cloud) provides unified security management and advanced threat protection, but it doesn't define or deploy standardized environments. Azure Automation focuses on automating tasks and processes, not on defining and deploying foundational environments. Azure Monitor collects, analyzes, and acts on telemetry data from your Azure and on-premises environments, which is for monitoring, not environment standardization.
