Deploying the wireless network over the top of the fabric allows the wired SD-Access infrastructure and the wireless network to coexist without direct integration into the fabric. This means the wireless LAN controllers (WLCs) and access points (APs) operate as a traditional wireless network, using the SD-Access underlay for connectivity but not participating in the fabric overlay. Implementing Cisco DNA Center to manage both networks is a management tool, not a deployment model for coexistence without integration. Deploying a separate network for the wireless environment is essentially what "over the top" means in this context, but "over the top of the fabric" is more precise as it clarifies the relationship. Deploying APs in autonomous mode removes centralized control and doesn't address the coexistence with SD-Access.
