Their direct experience with the hybrid approach is essential for capturing comprehensive and actionable lessons. Inviting them as optional attendees or asking them to present retrospectives might not ensure the full depth of discussion needed for thorough lessons learned. Asking only the Scrum Master to attend is insufficient, as the team members hold the detailed, hands-on knowledge.
