In the Display & Video 360 Troubleshooter , Auction lost (internal) means the line item cleared targeting, creative eligibility, budget, pacing, and frequency checks, but still did not win because another Display & Video 360 campaign bid higher. This is an internal competition signal, not an exchange or publisher rejection. It indicates the loss happened inside DV360 before losing to an outside bidder. The practical implication is that another eligible DV360 campaign is taking priority on the same opportunity. Google Help
