Before rushing deployment due to external pressure, the project manager must ensure all agreed-upon quality and completeness standards are met. Expediting deployment without verification risks releasing an incomplete or faulty product, leading to rework or stakeholder dissatisfaction. Ignoring the request is not an option as stakeholder concerns need to be addressed. Updating acceptance criteria at this late stage is inappropriate and could compromise quality.
