Correct answer: Only the 2500 metric route.
Why this is the answer
EIGRP's variance command allows for unequal cost load balancing. It multiplies the successor's metric by the variance value to determine the maximum metric a feasible successor can have to be included in the routing table. In this case, the successor metric is 1000, and the variance is 3. Therefore, the maximum allowed metric for an additional path is 1000 3 = 3000. The feasible successor with a metric of 2500 is less than or equal to 3000, so it will be installed as an additional successor. The feasible successor with a metric of 3200 exceeds the maximum allowed metric of 3000, so it will not be installed. Therefore, only the 2500 metric route will be installed.
