The AWS Support plan associated with the account determines the number of Trusted Advisor checks available. Business and Enterprise Support plans provide access to all Trusted Advisor checks, including cost optimization, performance, security, fault tolerance, and service limits. Developer Support plans offer access to the core security and service limit checks. Basic Support, the default for all AWS accounts, provides access to seven core security checks and service limit checks. Incorrect options: Whether at least one EC2 instance is running in the account: While Trusted Advisor often checks EC2 instances, the mere presence of an EC2 instance does not unlock additional checks; the Support plan is the determining factor. A service control policy (SCP) in AWS Organizations: SCPs manage permissions within an organization but do not directly control the availability of Trusted Advisor checks. Whether the account root user has MFA enabled: MFA is a security best practice, but it does not influence the number of Trusted Advisor checks available.
