This effectively drops your claim on the content. The claim does not move to a "Released Claims" queue; it simply becomes inactive. It also doesn't become pending for the user to respond, as releasing the claim is a final action from your side. While releasing a claim does mean your policy is no longer applied, it doesn't automatically change the policy to "Track"; rather, the claim itself becomes inactive.
