AWS Health Dashboard provides personalized views of the health of AWS services and alerts you to events that might affect your resources, but it doesn't offer continuous optimization recommendations. Amazon Connect is a cloud contact center service. AWS Systems Manager helps you manage and automate operational tasks across your AWS resources and on-premises servers, but it doesn't inherently provide continuous optimization and security reporting in the same way Trusted Advisor does.
