When is a Coupon considered redeemed by customers?

A Coupon is considered redeemed when a customer successfully completes a purchase with the coupon applied. This means the transaction has finalized, and the discount has been successfully processed. Simply using a coupon code at checkout isn't enough; the purchase must be completed. If a customer applies a coupon but then cancels the order or the payment fails, the coupon is not considered redeemed. Similarly, clipping a coupon only makes it available for use; it doesn't count as a redemption until it's successfully applied to a completed purchase.
