An agile project manager joins a company that builds shopping centers and wants to introduce agile practices relevant to the project. What should they do to gain stakeholder buy-in?

Organizing a meeting with relevant stakeholders to explain agile benefits and relevant practices is the most effective approach for gaining buy-in. This allows for direct communication, addresses concerns, and demonstrates how agile can specifically benefit their projects. Sending a project management plan alone is passive and doesn't facilitate discussion or address potential resistance. Asking the PMO to get buy-in delegates responsibility and may not be as effective as direct engagement. While a consultant can provide training, it's more impactful for the project manager to lead the initial discussion, as they will be directly implementing these practices.
