From a Compute Engine VM that has no public IP, how should the VM call the Cloud Storage API?

Private Google Access allows VMs without external IP addresses to reach Google APIs and services, like Cloud Storage, using the internal IP addresses of Google's network. This keeps traffic within Google's network, enhancing security and reducing latency. Carrier Peering and VPC Network Peering are used for connecting your network to Google's or connecting two VPC networks, respectively, not for private access to Google APIs from a VM without a public IP. Shared VPC networks allow multiple projects to share a common VPC network but don't inherently provide private access to Google APIs for VMs without public IPs.
