How do you report to google that a competitor may be breaking the rules?

Reporting directly on the business profile isn't an option, as there's no dedicated "report" button for policy violations. Sending an email to a general Google address like mail@google.com is unlikely to reach the correct department for Business Profile issues and will likely go unaddressed.
