The project manager should praise the team for their self-organization and growth, as this reinforces agile principles and encourages continued development. Then, working one-on-one with specific facilitators who are struggling allows for targeted coaching and improvement without undermining the team's autonomy or the practice of rotating facilitators. Returning to the Scrum Master as facilitator negates the team's self-organizing efforts. Asking some facilitators to stop is demotivating and goes against the principle of continuous improvement. Retraining everyone is inefficient when only a few need help and could be seen as micromanaging, rather than fostering self-organization.
