Instances in a managed instance group are restarting repeatedly; autoscaling is disabled and a health check exists. To let a Linux expert access the VMs for troubleshooting, what should you do?

The instances are restarting due to a failed health check. Disabling the health check will prevent the managed instance group from automatically restarting the unhealthy instances, allowing your colleague time to troubleshoot. Adding their SSH key to the project-wide SSH keys grants them secure access to the Linux VMs. Granting the project Viewer role is insufficient as it doesn't provide SSH access. Performing a rolling restart won't help if the underlying health check issue persists, as the new instances will also fail. Disabling autoscaling is irrelevant since autoscaling is already disabled and doesn't address the restart issue or grant access.
