Multiple projects were created using personal credit cards. You want to centralize those projects under a single new corporate billing account. What should you do?

To centralize projects under a new corporate billing account, you must first create that billing account. This is done within the Google Cloud Console by navigating to the Billing section and selecting "Create account." You will then configure a payment method, such as a bank account or corporate credit card, for this new corporate billing account. Once created, you can then associate the existing projects (currently linked to personal billing accounts) with this new corporate billing account. Emailing cloud-billing@google.com or opening a support ticket are not the direct methods for creating a new billing account. Moving projects to the root Organization is a separate step for resource hierarchy and does not directly create or manage billing accounts.
