Once you’ve integrated a tool that you use with Klaviyo, what will happen?

This rich, unified customer data then powers Klaviyo's segmentation, automation, and personalization capabilities. The integrated tool itself does not build custom segments directly within Klaviyo; rather, Klaviyo uses the synced data to allow you to build those segments. Similarly, while the synced data is crucial for creating effective automations, Klaviyo does not automatically build automations for you upon integration; you design and implement those yourself based on the available data.
