The AWS Well-Architected Framework is built around six pillars designed to help customers build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient infrastructure for their applications. Two of these pillars are Performance Efficiency and Cost Optimization. Performance Efficiency focuses on using computing resources efficiently to meet system requirements and maintain that efficiency as demand changes. Cost Optimization is about avoiding unnecessary costs and maximizing the business value of your investment. High availability is a component of the Reliability pillar, not a pillar itself. "Going global in minutes" is a benefit of AWS, not a pillar. "Continuous development" is a practice often associated with DevOps, which helps achieve well-architected systems, but it is not one of the six pillars.
