This simplifies user management and provides a consistent login experience. Google Accounts are primarily for personal use and lack the centralized management capabilities required for enterprise deployments. While a 3rd party identity provider might be compatible, Managed Google Play Accounts offer a native, Google-supported solution for Android Enterprise. Asking end-users to create their own accounts is not scalable or manageable for 1000 devices and introduces security and compliance risks.
