This allows for a safe space for them to express concerns without peer pressure. Following this, a team meeting can be held to collaboratively discuss solutions, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment. Releasing the team is a drastic and costly measure that doesn't address the underlying issues. Warning emails are counterproductive and will further decrease morale and trust. Accepting the situation is passive and will lead to project failure.
