Template1 will deploy 10 Azure web apps. To minimize cost, which resource should you create before deploying the template?

A single App Service plan is the most cost-effective choice. An App Service plan defines the underlying compute resources (VMs) that host your web apps. Multiple web apps can share the same App Service plan, allowing them to utilize the same compute resources, which minimizes costs compared to provisioning a separate plan for each app. Ten App Service plans would be significantly more expensive as each plan incurs its own cost. Azure Application Gateways and Azure Traffic Manager are load balancing and traffic routing services, respectively. While useful for managing traffic, they do not directly host web apps and are not a prerequisite for deploying them. Deploying five or one Application Gateway would add cost without addressing the core compute requirement efficiently.
