There are few applications types in Android, and Managed Google Play can publish almost all types of applications. What are the exceptions?

Managed Google Play is designed for enterprise application distribution and management. It supports public apps (from the Google Play Store), private apps (developed internally for the organization), and web apps (shortcuts to web pages). Debug applications, however, are typically unsigned APKs or apps built with debugging symbols intended for development and testing environments. They lack the necessary signing and packaging requirements for distribution through Managed Google Play, which enforces security and integrity checks. Managed Google Play focuses on stable, production-ready applications, not transient debugging builds.
