Three VPCs (Sales, Finance, Engineering) exist. Developers in Sales and Finance need private connectivity between those VPCs without sacrificing performance or security. What should you do?

VPC Network Peering allows direct, private IP connectivity between two Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) networks, regardless of whether they belong to the same or different Google Cloud projects. This provides high-bandwidth, low-latency communication, fulfilling the performance requirement, and keeps traffic within Google's private network, addressing security concerns. Configuring an HA VPN gateway would provide secure connectivity but typically introduces higher latency and lower throughput compared to VPC Peering. Configuring instances with external IP addresses exposes them to the public internet, violating security requirements. Cloud NAT and a Cloud Router are used for outbound internet access from private instances or for connecting to on-premises networks via VPN/Interconnect, not for direct VPC-to-VPC private communication.
