The Social Media Tracker in Semrush displays data for the last seven days by default. If all your Facebook posts were made more than seven days ago, they would not appear in the current reporting period, explaining why the tool shows no activity. The data is being displayed correctly, but it's outside the default timeframe. The number of shares or likes from your subscribers, or reports of inappropriate content, would affect engagement metrics or post visibility, but not the tool's ability to track the posts themselves within the relevant timeframe.
