When creating an instance group and an HTTP(S) load balancer backend, which two methods let you create a new health check?

You can create a new health check using the gcloud command-line tool with gcloud compute health-checks create. This command allows you to define all parameters for the health check. Alternatively, when configuring a load balancer's backend service in the Google Cloud Console, you are presented with the option to either select an existing health check or create a new one directly within the backend configuration workflow. The VPC Network section in the GCP Console is for managing VPC networks, not for creating health checks. Legacy health checks are deprecated and should not be used for new deployments.
