When creating an IPv4 data policy for a single WAN Edge at a site with multiple edges, where in vManage is the policy added using the policy wizard?

Localized data policies, which include IPv4 data policies applied to a single WAN Edge, are configured directly on the vManage NMS. The path is configure → policies → localized policy → add policy. This allows for granular control over data plane traffic flow at the edge device level. Centralized policies, configured via configure → policies → centralized policy, apply across multiple sites or the entire overlay, making them unsuitable for a single WAN Edge. vBond orchestrators are primarily for initial authentication and orchestration, not policy configuration. vSmart controllers manage control plane policies, not localized data policies.
