When working out a technical strategy how should you categorise issues?

Categorizing issues by Importance and Urgency is crucial for an effective technical strategy. This approach, often visualized with an Eisenhower Matrix, ensures that critical problems impacting site performance, user experience, or search engine visibility are addressed first, especially if they are also urgent. Less important or less urgent issues can be scheduled for later or delegated. Simply listing all issues (A) treats all problems equally, which is inefficient and can delay fixing critical problems. Prioritizing solely by volume (B) can lead to spending significant resources on numerous minor issues while neglecting a few highly impactful, but less frequent, critical problems.
