Where are you able to manually grade paragraph questions and/or change the grade on other questions?

The Grading experience is the dedicated interface within the platform designed for reviewing and scoring student submissions. This is where you can manually grade open-ended questions like paragraph responses, and also adjust automatically assigned scores for other question types if needed. Google Drive is a cloud storage service and does not have grading functionalities. The Practice sets library is where you store and organize your practice sets, but it's not where the actual grading takes place.
