Which AWS offering allows a company to have its own logically isolated portion of the AWS Cloud?

Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC) allows you to provision a logically isolated section of the AWS Cloud where you can launch AWS resources in a virtual network that you define. This gives you complete control over your virtual networking environment, including IP address ranges, subnets, route tables, and network gateways. AWS VPN is a service that allows you to establish a secure connection between your on-premises network and your Amazon VPC, but it doesn't define the isolated portion itself.
