Which AWS service lets you create and deploy copies of resources across different AWS Regions?

AWS CloudFormation allows you to define your AWS infrastructure as code in templates. These templates can then be used to provision and manage resources consistently across multiple AWS Regions and accounts. This enables you to create and deploy identical copies of your infrastructure stacks, ensuring consistency and repeatability. Amazon ElastiCache is a managed in-memory caching service, not a deployment tool for infrastructure. AWS CloudTrail provides governance, compliance, and auditing for your AWS account by logging API calls, but it doesn't deploy resources. AWS Systems Manager helps you gain operational insights and automate actions across your AWS resources, but it's not designed for defining and deploying infrastructure as code across regions in the same way CloudFormation is.
