Which Azure feature provides high availability inside a single region?

Availability Zones provide high availability within a single Azure region by physically separating data centers with independent power, cooling, and networking. This isolation ensures that if one zone experiences an outage, the others remain operational, protecting applications and data. Region Pairs, while offering disaster recovery, operate across two separate regions, not within a single one. Azure Virtual Networks provide network isolation and connectivity, not high availability for physical infrastructure. Resource Groups are logical containers for Azure resources and do not contribute to infrastructure high availability.
