Which EIGRP feature is not supported by OSPF?

EIGRP supports unequal-cost path load balancing through its variance command, allowing traffic to be distributed across paths with different metrics. OSPF, however, only supports equal-cost multi-path (ECMP) load balancing. While both EIGRP and OSPF can load balance over multiple equal-cost paths (typically up to four by default, but configurable), OSPF lacks the ability to use paths with differing costs for load balancing. Both protocols use interface bandwidth (among other metrics for EIGRP, and as a primary factor for OSPF cost calculation) to determine the best path. Per-packet load balancing is a forwarding plane decision, not a routing protocol feature, and is generally discouraged due to potential out-of-order packet delivery.
