Which feature should you use to track the costs of Azure resources?

Budgets in Azure Cost Management and Billing allow you to proactively manage costs by setting spending thresholds and receiving alerts when your spending approaches or exceeds these thresholds. This helps you monitor and control your Azure expenditures effectively. Azure Quickstart templates are pre-configured solutions for deploying resources, not for cost tracking.
