Which service can automatically recreate a resource lock if the lock is removed?

Azure Blueprints can automatically recreate a resource lock if it's removed because Blueprints define a repeatable set of Azure resources, policies, and configurations. When a blueprint is assigned to a subscription, it enforces the defined state. If a resource lock, which is part of the blueprint definition, is manually removed, Azure Blueprints will detect the drift from the desired state and reapply the lock to maintain compliance. Azure Information Protection (AIP) focuses on data classification and protection, not resource lock enforcement. Azure Backup provides data backup and recovery services. Azure Advisor offers recommendations for optimizing Azure resources, but doesn't enforce configurations.
