Which service notifies you about Azure outages in your region?

Azure Service Health provides a personalized view of the health of the Azure services and regions you're using. It notifies you about outages, planned maintenance, and other health advisories that might affect your resources, allowing you to take action. Azure Advisor provides recommendations for optimizing your Azure resources for cost, performance, reliability, operational excellence, and security, but it doesn't report on service outages. Azure Monitor collects and analyzes telemetry data from your Azure and on-premises environments, offering insights into performance and health, but Service Health is specifically designed for outage notifications. Azure Resource Graph allows you to explore your Azure resources at scale, but it's a query service, not a health notification service.
