It handles the entire process, including inventorying existing servers, transferring data, and cutting over users to the new server. FSRM is used for managing and classifying files on a server, not for migration. Server Manager is a general-purpose management console for Windows Server, not a migration tool. Storage Replica provides disaster recovery by replicating volumes between servers or clusters, but it doesn't facilitate a share migration with cutover.
