Which vSmart component creates and maintains the DTLS/TLS control-plane connection?

The vdaemon component is responsible for establishing and maintaining the DTLS/TLS control-plane connections between vSmart controllers and other SD-WAN devices (vEdges, vManage, vBond). It handles the secure communication channels that carry routing, policy, and management information. OMP (Overlay Management Protocol) is the routing protocol that runs over these established control-plane connections, exchanging routing and policy information, but it doesn't create the underlying secure tunnels. SNMP is a network management protocol used for monitoring, not for establishing control plane connections. NETCONF is a protocol used for configuring network devices, but it also relies on an underlying transport and doesn't create the DTLS/TLS tunnels itself.
