You are using PayPal, and your balance is below the payment margin. On the 24th of current month, a new purchase moves it over the payout margin. When will you receive your commissions?

Semrush's affiliate program processes PayPal payouts twice a month. For commissions earned between the 1st and 15th of a month, the payout date is the 25th of that same month. For commissions earned between the 16th and the last day of the month, the payout date is the 10th of the following month. Since the balance crossed the payout margin on the 24th, which falls within the second half of the month (16th-31st), the commissions will be paid on the 10th of the next month. Receiving the payout on the 25th of the current month would only apply if the payout margin was met by the 15th.
