You can change the text wrapping of an image in Docs. Select the options that are available in Docs.

Google Docs offers several text wrapping options for images to control how text flows around them. "Break text" places the image on its own line, with text above and below it. "In front of text" positions the image on top of the text, potentially obscuring it. "Behind text" places the image underneath the text, allowing the text to remain readable over the image. "On the side of text" is not a standard text wrapping option in Google Docs; the closest equivalent is "Wrap text," which flows text around the image's perimeter.
