You can create Google Calendar events from your computer or device. Select all the ways you can create events.

You can create Google Calendar events in multiple ways. Clicking the "Create" button, typically located in the top left corner, opens a new event creation window. Double-clicking on an empty time slot directly on your main calendar grid also opens an event creation window pre-filled with the selected date and time. Right-clicking over an empty time on your calendar brings up a context menu that includes an option to "Create event." Creating an event directly from a Gmail message is possible through an add-on or by using the "Create event" option within the email, but not by simply double-clicking or right-clicking within the Gmail interface itself.
