Azure Service Health provides a personalized view of the health of the Azure services and regions you're using. It notifies you about service outages, planned maintenance, and other health advisories, allowing you to take action. Azure Monitor collects and analyzes telemetry from your Azure and on-premises environments but doesn't specifically notify you about planned maintenance. Azure Advisor provides recommendations for optimizing your Azure resources for cost, performance, reliability, and security, but not service health notifications. The Microsoft Trust Center provides information about Microsoft's security, privacy, and compliance practices, not real-time service health or maintenance notifications.
