Developing a Dataflow job would still rely on the 1 Gbps link, making it slow for 10 TB. Commercial ETL solutions would also be bottlenecked by the network and incur licensing costs. While gsutil -m helps with parallel uploads, it doesn't overcome the fundamental network bandwidth limitation for such a large dataset, and the database would still be under load during the export and upload process.
