The storage account change feed provides ordered, guaranteed, durable, and immutable transaction logs of all changes to blobs and blob metadata, which directly meets the requirements for reading ordered transaction logs, retaining them for compliance, and processing them asynchronously. Azure Event Grid can be used for event-driven architectures but doesn't guarantee the ordered, durable, and immutable transaction log history required for compliance and complete change processing. Azure Storage Analytics logs provide aggregated metrics and logging of requests, but not a granular, ordered transaction log of all changes to blobs and metadata. The Azure Monitor HTTP Data Collector API is for collecting custom logs and metrics, not for directly accessing ordered blob change logs.
