Creating a Google Sheet for milestone tracking empowers participants to monitor their progress, set goals, and reflect on their learning journey, promoting accountability and sustained engagement. Providing access to your resume or asking participants to subscribe to a template in Gmail with answers to common questions are less effective for fostering ongoing learning as they are either self-promotional or reactive rather than proactive learning tools.
